Ingredients
1 cucumber
Half onion
1 red pepper
2 stalks celery
1 carrot
1-2 tomatoes
2tbsp olive oil
2tbsp vinegar
1tbsp crushed red pepper
Method
Dice veggies up small. Shred carrot with a shredder or veggie peeler. Drizzle with crushed pepper & oil & vinegar. Refrigerate at least an hour before serving.
