Black Eye Pea & Veggie Soup

Ingredients

1 small zuchinni 1/2 medium onion 1 cup black eye peas- soaked over night 1 can crushed tomatoes, no salt added 1 cup vegetable broth 2 stalks celery, chopped 2 cloves garlic, diced 1 red bell pepper 1/2 cup water 1 small sweet potato

Chop up all the ingredients and put it in the crockpot! I let is cook on high for 5 hours....
