Currently I am still wearing tape wrapped around my incision 24/7 and garments as often as possible. I kind of feel like the bulge in my back...
1 ripe plantain (the more ripe the better, black peel is good!)
1/4 cup (dry) quinoa, brown rice, or blend
1/4 cup kidney or black beans dry (or 1/2 cup canned)
hot sauce of choice
1 tsp coconut oil
10 cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp garlic powder
1 cup hot sauce (i prefer Frank's Red Hot, i put that shit on everything)
