Baked Sweet Potato Fries!

I made these delicious slices of YUM to eat with grilled Beyond Meat & Veggie kabobs!I had originally shared the process on SnapChat (bgfgAshRo) but put the snaps together to make a super simple "how to" video! I used extra virgin olive oil but grapeseed or coconut would work too!
