This women’s only retreat offers 3 days worth of experiences to encourage a healthy body and healthy mind! We will focus on nourishing our bodies with clean vegan foods and lots of sunshine and self love. All workouts can be modified to accommodate any fitness level. Women working toward living a cleaner and happier life, no matter where they may be on their journey, are encouraged to join us! The March 2017 event will accommodate 15 participants over 18years old.

Oleta River State Park in Miami, Fl
The Oleta River State Park is Florida’s largest urban park and a perfect natural oasis in the middle of Miami. It’s located on Biscayne Bay and is known for miles of off-road bicycling trails, beautiful kayak and canoe trails, beautifully preserved mangrove forests, and a 1,200-foot, salt water, sandy beach.


All of your food, water, shelter and entertainment needs will be met from the minute you enter the park. This 3 night, all inclusive trip is only $500! Payment options are available at the bottom of this page.

What To Expect:

-Satisfying meals!

All meals and snacks will be provided. You can expect healthy, vegan, camp style food and unlimited water and tea. Some meals will be prepped ahead of time and others will be prepared as a group to give participants an opportunity to learn the recipes and practice healthy, vegan food prep.

-A glorified camping experience!

“Glamping” anyone?! Lodging is in adorable rustic cabins complete with air conditioning, outlets to charge electronics, and a front porch swing! There are common restrooms, with showers, in eye shot of the cabins. Each cabin accommodates three. If you come with a friend, you’re welcome to room together! Think sleeep away summer camp- for grown women! 

-Great workouts!

Besides walking through the miles of nature trails the park offers and swimming in the clear salt water, here are some the the intentional ways we exercise:
-1 hour BigGirlBootCamp class with Ashley, founder of, loser of over 100lbs!
-1 hour 45 minute Yoga class with Malva Bee of Borba Yoga, the most amazing and healing yoga teacher we’ve ever met! (she used to train Shakira!)
-90 minute kayaking trip!

-A hefty dose of self love & optimism!

In addition to the therapy that is Malva Bee’s yoga class, we will spend some time breaking down walls moving us further in the direction of loving ourselves and seeing the promise of the future.

-Plenty of rest & relaxation!

The weekend will have plenty of “me time” to take a quiet walk, get to know a new friend, meditate, nap on the beach or swing in a hammock. Prepare to unwind at the same level you’ll kick ass.

-An opportunity to disconnect.

Checking in with your family and making the occasional social media post is encouraged, but this is the ideal opportunity to disconnect a little bit! Imagine not reading anyone’s complaints on your news feed for 3 days straight?! That’s a challenge worth accepting!

All refunds are less a 15% reservation fee.
Refunds 90-31 days prior to the event are subject to a $150 reservation fee.
There are no more refunds 30 days prior to the event.
