Beyond Meat “chicken” Salad


1 package thawed Beyond Meat
4 tbsp Just Mayo or vegan mayo of choice
2 stalks celery
1/4 white onion
1 tsp onion powder
sea salt and pepper to taste
hot sauce (optional)


Chop Beyond Meat into 1″ pieces. Dice veggies and combine all ingredients in a food processor. Sprinkle with seasonings and process until everything is finely chopped and a traditional chicken salad consistency. Add hot sauce (i love Franks!) if you’re a bad ass and serve in romaine boats, on whole grain bread, on a salad, or in a pita or wrap.

If you dont have a food processor, you can use your fingers to pull the meat apart until it appears “shredded” and further chop from there.
