1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1/2 Cup Applesauce
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1/2 tsp. pure Maple syrup or Agave
1 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1/2 Cup Vanilla Unsweetened almond milk
Use less milk if you want a thicker oatmeal.
1/2 apple, pear, or fresh fruit of choice
Add all of the ingredients in a mason jar. Top with a lid and shake well. Place in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, top with fresh fruit and a sprinkle of cinnamon. Oats can be eaten cold directly from the refrigerator or heated in the microwave for 30-60 seconds.
