This recipe is inspired by the Lentil Lime Salad recipe from the Ultimate Reset. I eat this at least once a week since finishing the reset, back in November 2013!
1/4 cup lentils (dry)
1 carrot, shredded
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
1-2 tbsp Braggs Liquid Aminos
1 lime, fresh squeezed
boil 1 cup of water, add lentils and cook until tender. May or may not require water draining.
allow lentils to cool. combine with braggs, spices, lime juice, carrots, and cilantro.
i personally like it served hot or cold. after refrigerating for a few hours the flavors to do fuse together great though, if youre patient.
