Shirataki Noodle Spaghetti

If you’ve never had Skirataki noodles, try em! the texture can be something to get used to, don’t go into it expecting it to be just like spaghetti though, and you’ll be OK. Theyre what I like to call a “free” or filler food. Whether you get the tofu or the yam version they will only have between 0 and 25 calories. They have just as little nutritional value though, so I like to pair them with vegetables to I still get some nutrients!

Ingredients

1/2 package Shirataki Yam Noodles (0 calories!)
3/4 cup tomato sauce
1 tomato
1/2 green pepper
1/4″ onion slice
1tbs crushed red pepper

Method

Boil noodles in water for just about 5 or so minutes. in a frying pan coated with olive oil spray combine cut up veggies. Once onions are transparent & peppers are almost soft add tomato sauce & red pepper. Drain water from noodles & mix it in. Enjoy!
