Spaghetti Squash with Beyond Beef Sauce


1/2 spaghetti squash, seeds removed
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup beyond beef
crushed red pepper to taste


Preheat oven to 450. Put squash cut side down in a pan and fill about half way with water. Bake at 450 for appx 30 mins. In the meantime, warm up beyond beef in frying pan and add sauce. Add pepper and allow to simmer for a few minutes.

Remove squash from water (wear an oven mitt, itll be hot to hold) and scrape the insides out with a fork. If it is not soft like cooked noodles, it needs to bake longer possibly with more water.

Top spaghetti with meat sauce, sprinkle with parsley if desired. Enjoy!
