You’ll have your choice of a one hour Skype, FaceTime, or phone call with Ashley; in person sessions may be available for locals! All sessions can be tailored to fit your specific needs, but here are some suggestions of how we can spend our time:

-Brainstorming ideas for healthy meals incorporating your favorite foods
-Create a one week meal plan together
-Create a weekly workout schedule together
-Discuss your past or current struggles & receive advice on overcoming them
-Pick the brain of someone who’s maintained more than a 100lb natural weight loss, for more than 5 years
